Gift Aid is a government scheme for charities that mean any subscriptions you pay can benefit us by an extra 25p in the £, paid back to us by the Inland Revenue
This costs you, the parent, absolutely nothing and the only qualifying rule is that you pay at least as much tax in one year as we are likely to claim back in your name. ie. let’s say you send £100 in subs in a year, we can claim 100 x 25p = £25; so as long as you have paid £10 in tax during that year it’s fine.
What’s even better is that we can back claim on all subs that you have sent us for up to 4 years. If you are however a non-tax payer or do not wish us to register your name then simply return the form stating “I Do not wish to complete the Declaration”.
Gift Aid Declaration form
We would really appreciate it if parents or guardians who have not completed a declaration, would complete relevant details and return the form to us as soon as possible, so that we can process your declaration. We would like to thank you in advance and pass on our appreciation to those who have already completed a Gift Aid Declaration form.
